To start, I have never felt like I could know someone I didn’t really know IRL more. Viola was raw, open and did an incredible job of walking the readers through so many of her lived experiences, both good and bad. My suggestion for those reading is to take the book chapter by chapter. Each piece of Viola’s story is equal parts heartbreaking and inspiring.
