The Women Could Fly

Just incredible! I’m not usually a dystopian or magic reader but I could resist the amazing Megan Giddings. I love learning more about Josephine and how this “curse” of witch history in her family shaped her young adult life in a world where women are monitored and “loosely” controlled by powerful men. After discussing with my #LotsofBooksClub, I have a new found respect for Tiana, Jo’s mom, and her hard decisions to be a woman and a mom in a world that make her existent almost illegal. So good!
